Festivals and Live Music
Festivals bring together large audiences, temporary infrastructure, multiple stages and venues, contractors, traders, vehicle movements and, in many cases, campsites across complex outdoor sites. We provide integrated operations, event safety and crowd safety leadership from early planning through to live delivery, helping organisers coordinate these different elements and maintain control as conditions change.

Parades
Parades and processional events often take place through city centres, streets and public spaces that must continue to function around the event. We support organisers with route planning, crowd movement, road and pedestrian interfaces, emergency access, stakeholder coordination and tactical delivery, helping ensure both the moving event and the spaces around it remain effectively managed.

Sporting Events
Sporting events bring together participant, spectator and operational requirements, often across venues, temporary event spaces, transport hubs, routes or circuits. We provide strategic and tactical operations and safety leadership covering spectator movement, ingress and egress, event control, emergency arrangements and the coordination needed to keep delivery aligned with demanding competition and production schedules.

Public and Cultural Events
Public and cultural events can take place across parks, city centres, civic spaces and multiple temporary or permanent venues, often with free-flowing audiences and significant interaction with the surrounding public realm. Other Outdoor Events
Some events do not fit neatly into a single category and may involve unusual locations, temporary environments or a particular combination of operational and safety challenges. We apply the same practical and proportionate approach, tailoring operations, safety and crowd planning to the site, audience, activities, infrastructure and risks of the individual event.
Where established event models do not quite fit, we help organisers develop workable arrangements that respond to the specific environment, operational pressures and delivery objectives of the event.
